Dyslexia Mentoring and Business Coaching
Having worked for 30 years as a dyslexia specialist and for 28 years as an assessor and an OCR Level 5 and Level 7 SpLD training provider and co-founder of PAPAA, I am pleased to have now the time to mentor other assessors and tutors.
I have several mentoring packages available, with the option to book individual 60-minute sessions if you do not require a full package. In addition to this, I provide a complimentary 15-minute discovery call prior to making any decision to give you the chance to find out if mentoring is for you and ask any urgent questions you may have regarding your practice.
I also offer profile discussions for assessors stuck on a tricky profile. These usually last 20 minutes approximately and cost £25 for those who are not in our membership (£22.50 in the membership).

SASC Authorised APC Mentoring- 5 Core hours
APC SUCCESS PROGRAMME
This programme is designed for Dyslexia assessors who are renewing their SASC Assessment Practising Certificate (APC). It is particularly suitable for those who feel unsure about interpreting statistics, understanding the marking criteria, or writing reports to the required standard.
The programme is delivered in a blended format. You will have access to a series of on-demand video modules, which you can watch at your own pace, together with three hours of one-to-one mentoring with Sarah Beard.
Fee £395 or 3 monthly payments of £131.67
6 months access to the platform and video and 6 months to complete

Don't need a package
Individual mentoring sessions are also available, with a fee of £75 for 60 minutes. Book a 15-minute Discovery call to discuss your requirements.
If you're only seeking a quick chat about a profile or problem, shorter 20-minute sessions are also available at a cost of £25.

New Assessor Mentoring
The New Assessor Package is designed for new assessors and those returning to assessment and comes with advice on individual profiles, test administering, and marking of a report 3.5 hours of zoom sessions to go through the feedback.
The fee for this package is £275 for 3.5 hours of support.
If you find that you don't need the full 3.5 hours, 30 minutes of this can be carried forward for profile discussions in the future.

Mentoring for Tutors
We also offer a Tuition Mentoring Package, providing support on all aspects of tuition, from start-up to online delivery and tuition activities. Sessions usually last 30 minutes and cost £37 per 30-minute session.
A complimentary 15-minute session is available prior to booking for design of an individual package

This is a power hour fee of £125 and includes access to the webinar ‘Setting Up In Private Practice’.
In addition, we offer a Business Coaching Package consisting of five hours of support to help you set up, market and grow your business.
This is a 5-hour coaching programme at £495. This is suitable for assessors, tutors and trainers who want to build a successful business.
