This involves understanding and helping the student with dyscalculia.
This session provides an overview of what dyscalculia is and how a student with dyscalculia can be supported.
Available as a 1.5-hour inset only.
Understanding Exam Access Arrangements
This session explains the current JCQ regulations and looks at what evidence is required by class teachers to support an application for extra time.
Understanding and Helping the Student with High Functioning ASD
This course will provide delegates with an overview of the difficulties experienced by students who are on the Autistic Spectrum and will provide staff with practical strategies to support them.
Understanding and Helping the Student with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
This course will provide delegates with an overview of the difficulties experienced by students who have ADHD or ADD and will provide staff with practical strategies to support them.
Understanding and Helping the Student with Dyspraxia and Developmental Coordination Difficulties
This course will provide delegates with an overview of the difficulties experienced by students who have dyspraxia and other motor control difficulties and will provide staff with practical strategies to support them.
FEES
Fees are the same for webinars and face-to-face delivery.
Face-to-face delivery will incur an additional fee for travel at 0.45 a mile from BR6 for schools within 40 miles. If your school is based further away, please enquire about the additional fee for travel.

1.5-hour session – £250
Half Day – £350
Full Day – £650
All courses are delivered by Sarah Beard who is a Dyslexia Specialist Assessor and Trainer with over 24 years’ experience in assessing and supporting students with dyslexia of all ages.
